To request a return please send an E-Mail : contact@browsnblush.com also you need your email and order number to process this request. We will send you a return form to fill out.
Please note we only offers refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order. This is for hygiene reasons.
We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we won’t be able to refund your product
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return shipping costs have to be covered by the buyer.
Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
Card refunds can take between 5 – 10 days to show into your account.
All purchased online courses are non-refundable once access to the digital content has been provided and any applicable statutory withdrawal rights have lawfully expired or been waived.
For in-person training, each participant is allocated an individual, reserved course place. Rescheduling is possible with at least 14 days’ written notice before the scheduled training date, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the course date are subject to a 100% course fee, as reserved places cannot reasonably be offered to another participant at such short notice.
All course fees must be paid in full (100%) at the time of booking.

All online courses, training videos, educational materials and course content are strictly for the personal use of the registered participant.
Sharing, copying, recording, downloading without permission, reproducing, distributing, reselling or transferring any course content to third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use or distribution may result in legal action, substantial financial penalties, claims for damages and other legal consequences under applicable copyright laws.
